This statement describes how Eldesign AS processes personal data collected through the website eldesign.no.

What information do we collect?
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, company name and phone number (all optional), your email address, what your inquiry concerns and, where provided, the content of the message. The address of the page the form was submitted from is also sent along with the message. We use the information solely to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): when you contact us, we have a legitimate interest in replying to you.
Beyond this, the website does not collect any personal data. We use no analytics or tracking tools.
Where is the information stored?
Inquiries from the contact form are stored in our customer relationship management system HubSpot, on servers in the EU. HubSpot processes the information on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Read more in HubSpot's privacy policy.
Third-party services
The contact form and the quote form use Google reCAPTCHA to limit spam and automated submissions. When you start using a form, you are asked to accept or decline cookies. If you accept, reCAPTCHA is loaded, and Google may then set cookies and collect technical information about your device in accordance with Google's privacy policy and terms. If you decline, reCAPTCHA is not loaded, but the forms cannot be used. You can change your choice at any time via the link next to the form. Beyond this, the website only sets a single cookie of its own, which remembers your choice for up to one year.
How long do we keep the information?
We keep your inquiry for as long as necessary to follow it up. If the inquiry does not lead to a customer relationship, the information is deleted within two years at the latest.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we have stored about you, and you may at any time ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at contact@eldesign.io and we will help you. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe the processing is in breach of data protection law.
